Chess in the classroom

Surely you have heard or read about this issue because it is of key education issues currently circulating.

Paul Martin, PSOE deputy, has made a non-legislative proposal to convert chess in a subject in cabbage, and it seems that this proposal has been welcomed by the other political parties.

The Education Commission of the Congress of Deputies has decided to "urge the Government to implement the program at the School Chess in the Spanish educational system, according to the recommendations of the European Parliament ". That 2012 recommended the introduction of chess as a subject with 415 MEPs in favor.

It is a "non-legislative proposal", because if a bill, would have forced change the article Wert recently approved Law.

  4. I love the idea, It helps develop many skills and better prepare them for life…not because it has taken so long to think of introducing.
In my school there were no classes for all chess, but you had the option of attending classes chess.

The methodology presented in the video, it's great, from an early age they learn to play with her body, and slowly increasing the difficulty of the game and the skills needed to carry it out, and enthusiasm that children have to participate and learn this new game for them…is incredible.

Thank you very much for this post and the fantastic video.
