This week I decided to write about Asperger or Asperger Syndrome. As you know I am not a psychologist, but I have encountered several cases throughout my career, one of them currently. A few weeks ago a friend wrote me after reading the infographic I made with 15 tricks to improve care, commenting that, from their point of view and something he would have added relaxation or mindfulness practice when you get home, or begin classes.

As he told me, It is true that when the kids arrive from school, usually they do very fast, we as adults once they feel intend to do homework, but maybe, before, We should leave a few minutes to relax, down the pace and, then, get to work.

It is important to know that I am not an expert in Mindfulness. This article is a compilation of activities and resources, from my point of view, I think they may find useful.

If you have a small in 3rd grade, surely you know that these days are carrying out external evaluation tests that were established with the LOMCE, to assess the skills of students, both 3rd and 6th.

But it seems that is not a timely issue, but rather something widespread, increasingly common and, I must say, that has me quite worried.

How could a boy or girl 8 Malito years put almost every time you have an exam? Is not it possible that we are pressuring them too with notes? With the "importance" of being the best?

How to translate your titles into English

In December, I asked my college students to do their CV in English. I teach at Higher Level FP, so I found a problem: none knew how to translate the title into English and did literally. That led me to investigate official translations of major titles to British English and American English.

Today I have prepared a table with these translations. I think it will come in handy, So if you have to translate your resume, as if you want your students do.
