In most of my post treatment issues that tend to interest parents and teachers, but, What about young people who want to pursue this fascinating world that do not quite know where to start?
The end of the year is coming and sure many are students who are considering what career to pursue next year. So today I'm going to talk specifically about what motivations and expectations you should have if what you want is to turn you in future kindergarten teachers.
First, a teacher must be absolutely vocational, but you are unsure if this is what you want to spend it better think twice before starting your studies.
From my point of view, if we want to be good educators, we must start with their desire, enthusiasm and dedication, because if you do not even have this, then all the training we make will probably be in vain.
The motivation for teachers and teachers is essential, especially if we are talking about teaching children 0 a 6 years old, stage where you will profe if you decide to study Early Childhood Education.
What motivations must have if you want to be a teacher in Early Childhood Education?
– Working with children. It may seem obvious but you have to know that the rest of your life will work with children. This entails being a model for them and have clear responsibility for this task.
– Make the best of our students. During this stage the teachers are a key figure for kids. Le mimic, talk about them constantly and even doubt what their parents tell them if this does not match what has told her teacher.
– Improving the quality of education systems. From my point of view this is something fundamental. A teacher must fututo being willing to improve the education system, not only with students who have direct relationship, All! Bringing everything to the educational community.
– Improve the intrinsic motivation of students. If you are a teacher motivated, have motivated your students, but not with prizes and external reinforcements. You will be able to get your attention, to teach even the seemingly impossible.
– Other motivations. Obviously there are other motivations for choosing a profession like this.
- Job stability.
- Professional Motivations. As the taste for a particular subject.
- Time devoted to family.
Besides these motivations, from my point of view a future teacher should be a person with exercise capacity, persistent, aspiring professional development and leadership, in addition to commitment and autoeficaz.
I keep these features! Where I can study?
If you are planning to be profe Childhood Education, have to take the Degree in Early Childhood Education. It is a degree of four years and which receive appropriate training to be a teacher of kids in between 0 and 6 years old.
The possibilities are endless. First, You must platearte if you do the race in a public or private university. This, logically, will depend on the notes you have had in selectivity or simply a personal choice.
