Thank you, there are parts of these tips that have been very useful but others that I will incorporate, the tics I have still in the learning phase but motivation is mine and also self. You have to constantly use it. There are students who participate unwillingly in social activities but the unique feel subtly begin to change and bring creativity to the team.

Appreciation very helpful in daily work and try to use some put into practice and those not working because that love must devote to young people because the more friend is of the highest student motivation has to meet the daily work.

Very interesting tips, help much in the relationship teamwork should also incorporate assign roles thereof having to be exchanged to rotate and meet all the same responsibilities and decisions.
